This is a great way to learn how to use your Gua Sha at home.                 

Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese self-care ritual, using a tool to scrape the skin to unblock stagnant "chi" (energy flow) along the channels in your body through which it flows. It's primary function is to bring healing to the body.

Sculpt + Lift Facial Massage  -  30 min $85

Think of this as a deep tissue massage for your face. Designed to work the facial  muscles to dramatically reduce lines by releasing tension, enhancing deep relaxation, detoxifying and promoting lymphatic drainage. This is mostly an all hands massage, however, facial cupping may be included as needed for a more sculpted and defined result.
